Case management
This is a process where a child, the child’s parents, social workers and experts in the
community get together to solve problems the child and the family face based on concrete
principles and implementation process. Basically, it starts with a promise made between the child, the child’s parents and World Vision, and the child and the parents solve the problem
together with the support of World Vision.
